This Privacy Policy explains how the Chrome extension WIKI Writer Helper (the "Extension") handles information when providing Warfarin voice record lookup and WIKI editing assistance.

1. Summary

The Extension does not operate a separate developer server, and it does not sell user data or use user data for advertising, tracking, profiling, or analytics.

The Extension runs inside the user's Chrome browser. It reads voice record text from a Warfarin page entered by the user, matches that text with audio files selected by the user, and, when the user starts the action, enters the text and audio files into the currently open WIKI editing page at wiki.skport.com.

2. Information Handled

The Extension may handle the following information only to provide its core functionality:

• the Warfarin page URL entered by the user;
• voice record text extracted from Warfarin pages;
• the language selected by the user;
• the interface display mode selected by the user, such as popup or side panel;
• text style options selected by the user for WIKI editing assistance;
• the URL of the current active tab, used only to confirm that the page is a supported WIKI page;
• audio files directly selected by the user from their local device;
• temporary file information needed for audio matching, such as file names and MIME types.
